Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support the design and development of data platform components. The role will contribute to data platform blueprints, data models, and system integration while working closely with Integration Architects, Data Architects, and other stakeholders.
The candidate will help ensure seamless data flow, data accessibility, data quality, and platform performance across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to deliver data platform solutions.
Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Analyze complex data flows and provide solutions to data platform challenges.
Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure effective system and data-model integration.
Support the design and implementation of data platform components.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Support the development and implementation of data platform best practices.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve data platform issues efficiently.
Professional & Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and platform architecture.
Experience with data modeling and data quality management.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and operational frameworks.
Ability to analyze and optimize complex data flows.
Experience troubleshooting data platform and integration issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Candidate Eligibility
Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Must be willing to work onsite in Manila.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
