We're looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join a global Advertising Search Engines account. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Japanese communication skills who enjoy providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Japanese and English.
Provide accurate and timely support while delivering excellent customer service.
Resolve customer concerns by following established processes and quality standards.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall support experience.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Work Setup:
Onsite – Eastwood
Shifting Schedule
Start Date: July 19, 2026
Qualifications:
Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
At least Senior High School graduate (or High School graduate under the old curriculum).
Minimum of 6 months of call center or business-level Japanese voice experience.
Strong Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1/N2 preferred for non-native speakers).
Candidates with strong Japanese proficiency close to JLPT N1 may also be considered.
