Job Purpose:
• Main function is to offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines
• Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound calls
• Develop leads and referrals into sales achievement
• Generate appointments with prospects
Qualifications:
• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course, but Marketing and Business Management would be preferred
• Experience in handling a team of 5 or more members (At least 1 year)
• With at least 2 years of experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns
• Experience in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Experience in telesales (cold calling) would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools
