Job Title: Lead IT Systems Analyst (Automation)
Shift: Day shift 8 am – 5 pm
Work set up: Hybrid 3x a week in BGC Taguig and Ortigas, Pasig
Salary range: 80K to 150K (Maximum)
Required years of experience: 3+ years
Start date: ASAP
Primary Functions:
The IT Systems Analyst (Automation) will provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to CTOC-SSG, with responsibilities including:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and other approved RPA tools
• Document current state (As-Is) process models and design future state (To-Be) process models aligned with business requirements
• Apply RPA best practices to design efficient, maintainable, and scalable workflows
• Conduct design walkthroughs and present solutions to stakeholders for validation and feedback
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with ADB's enterprise security requirements and IT governance standards
• Support the establishment and maintenance of RPA governance methodologies, including bot monitoring, exception handling, and change management procedures
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and build the organizational RPA roadmap
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, user guides, and operational runbooks
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
Relevant Experience & Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a
related discipline.
• Professional certifications in RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Microsoft Power Platform certifications) are highly desirable.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automation/RPA developer
• Demonstrated proficiency in Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• Completion of at least 3 enterprise-level RPA engagements covering the full lifecycle (requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare)
• Proven experience working in agile teams with delivery through short sprints
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) from a data and integration perspective
Technical Competencies:
• RPA Platform Expertise: Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred), Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent RPA tools
• API Development: RESTful API design, development, and integration
• Programming: Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBScript) for bot customization
• Database Knowledge: SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation
• Microsoft 365: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform components
• Documentation: Ability to create clear process maps, technical specifications, and user documentation
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in automation (Intelligent Document Processing, NLP)
• Knowledge of RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) operating models and governance frameworks
• Experience with bot monitoring, analytics dashboards, and benefits realization tracking
• Previous experience in international organizations or multilateral development banks
