Position Description:

The Manager Consulting Expert takes responsibility for being accountable for bids and opportunities in End-User Services by driving business development activities and ensuring process compliance with our Engineering Management Framework.

 

Your main responsibilities as Manager Consulting Expert are as follows:


. The overall solution of major bids.

. The standardization of tools and offerings.

. Building knowledge repository for all bids: tools, best practices, and case studies to be used for bids.

. Improving efficiency in bid work.

. Writing effective proposals.

. Working collaboratively with different BUs in building a winning solution.

. Expanding the Solution Architect expertise within the business unit.

. Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC strategic business unit.

. Supporting the Delivery Directors on the sales-to-delivery hand-off and transition.

. Contributing to the Communities of Practice within APAC (ie Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation, etc).

. Expanding the visibility of CGI Philippines by active participation in local industry forums (ITBPAP, CCAP, Nordcham, etc).

. Own and drive a strong pipeline of new business across both existing and prospective accounts

Non-Negotiable: 

• College graduate

• 5+ years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization, with a focus on both sales and delivery

• Proven track record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and closing complex IT consulting deals

• Ability to challenge client assumptions, drive innovative solutions, and position CGI as a market leader

• Strong understanding of public sector challenges, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level Ability to travel as needed

• BEMF Training

• Bid experience working large bids

• Service Desk experience preferred

• Not a job hopper
