Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager Sales (BPO Services)
Qualification: MBA/PGDBM/BBM with specialization in Sales/Marketing, with 4-5 years of relevant work experience for Managers and 5-8 years for Sr. Managers, in selling BPM services within the specified industry segments in Manila, Philippines.
Location: Manila
Salary Range: 80,000 to 125,000 PHP
Role Purpose:
Are you ready to take ownership of developing and managing relationships with corporate clients in the BFS, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors? Do you have the business acumen, technical insight, relationship-building skills, and industry background to contribute to the growth of Allsec Technologies as a leader in the BPM space in Manila? We are seeking dynamic Business Development professionals to collaborate with our innovative clientele.
As a Business Development professional, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute a strategy to establish mind share and promote Allsec Technologies' product portfolios and features among potential clients in the target market.
Key Skills:
Your responsibilities will include identifying target accounts, driving business development activities through strategic and technical relationships, and establishing new business potential in existing accounts. The ideal candidate possesses a business background enabling them to engage with senior stakeholders and influencers within the client fraternity. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to convey compelling value propositions.
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and proven results are essential. The candidate should have a track record of effectively leading and collaborating with diverse client organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the Allsec Technologies market-facing team in Manila, contributing to overall market and business development strategy.
- Execute the strategic business development plan, collaborating with key internal stakeholders (commercial team, pre-sales teams, marketing, legal, support, etc.).
- Manage a high volume of engagements in a fast-paced Biz Dev environment.
- Leverage experience in account management and solution selling across BFSI, healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc., with relevant technical knowledge.
