Qualifications:

- Native or C2+ proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.

- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG packaging graphics, artwork, or structural design.

- Proven experience working directly with creative design and printing solutions.

- Strong project management and coordination skills.

- Willing to work on a hybrid/on-site arrangement in Pasay or McKinley Hill, Taguig.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end artwork, graphics, and packaging projects, from initial design to final print production.

- Oversee packaging artwork projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, R&D, Design, and Regulatory.

- Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies, printers, and suppliers.

- Develop project timelines, track milestones, and monitor deliverables.

- Identify potential production issues and implement solutions to prevent delays.

- Review artwork files to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with packaging regulations.
