Position Title : Master Trainer

Site: (Work setup is flexible and can be work at home but some on site work may be needed)

Schedule: Night Shift

Budget: 45,000PHP – 65,000PHP

Required Skills: MUST have a collections account background (Atleast 5 years)

MUST have a trainer/training experience (BPO)

Strong planning and organization skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong Presentation and Selling skills

Strong Leadership Skills

Very creative and has high technical skills

Tenure preferred is 5 years plus in the collections industry. Preferable with banking background in this area.

Job Description:

Monitor the performance of the Trainers and be responsible for reporting their observations and feedback directly to the Training Manager.

Develop Action Plans for Trainers

Assist in the scheduling of classes and trainers

Attend meetings with resource and business units

Come up with strategies to manage attrition in the classroom

Manage training needs and escalated issues related to training

On-board newly hired Trainers

Performs all other duties as assigned by the Training Manager

Accomplish trainer scorecards

To work directly with the trainers and assist the manager in developing them.

To ensure that all classes and trainers meet client standards and expectations as they have outlined and continue to outline for pre- and post- training.

Strong understanding of the U.S. Collections industry (Inbound and Outbound) with high knowledge of banking and industry rules and policies/laws. Preferred background in understanding the training needs of these fields with ability to plan and action on learning development of others. Understanding in developing payment plans, locating debtors in order to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments.
