Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical billing and healthcare RCM-related concerns.
- Review and process billing information accurately.
- Assist customers/patients with billing inquiries and concerns.
- Explain billing concepts, charges, and processes in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Investigate billing issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and relevant healthcare teams.
- Handle sensitive patient and billing information with strict confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established healthcare and billing procedures.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or customer support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple and understandable way.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Applicants must be 50 years old or below, as specified for this position.
