Key Requirements and Qualifications:

CPA Certification: A must-have qualification.

Supervisory Experience: Proven leadership within an accounting or auditing firm with a strong background in due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.

Financial Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in financial analysis, encompassing financial modeling, due diligence, evaluation, and risk assessment.

Excel Mastery: Profound command of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically, identifying financial opportunities and risks.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present financial information persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with various levels of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Mergers and Acquisitions Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading Global Portfolio Profitability Reporting: Overseeing and managing profitability reporting for our portfolio companies on a global scale.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Conducting various FP&A activities, including projections, budgeting, and P&L reporting to assist in informed decision-making by the management team.

Engaging with Portfolio Companies: Coordinating and collaborating with our portfolio companies to assess their financial performance, profitability initiatives, plans, and achievements.

Due Diligence Audits: Conducting comprehensive due diligence audits for various M&A projects and internal reviews/projects.

Transition and Integration: Managing the transition and integration of acquired entities within the company as required.

Ad Hoc Deliverables: Handling ad hoc tasks for the team as needed.
