Hiring: Multilingual Language Specialist – Khmer (Cambodia) | Quezon City

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Shift: Shifting/Night Shift
Salary: PHP 60,946 – 113,346 + PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives
Joining: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Provide customer support in Khmer and English.
Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, products, and services.
Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and build customer trust.

Eligibility:

Fluent in Khmer (mandatory).
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Good working knowledge of English.
Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
