YOUR ROLE:

- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users

- Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat

- Accurately log tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets

- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Language: Fluent in Dutch and French (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) - Required

- Experience: At least 2 years in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Help Desk

- Technical: Strong background in technical troubleshooting

- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig on a shifting schedule

- Work History: Stable employment record - not a frequent job hopper

- Eligibility: Must NOT be a present or former employee of CGI

- Visa: PRV/TRV holders preferred, but client can process working visa
