Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to life insurance policies and benefits • Provide accurate information and assist customers with policy-related concerns • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Qualifications • BS Nursing – 3rd Year College or College Graduate, with or without work experience • Completed any Medical Allied Course – 3rd Year College, with at least 6 months of BPO experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willing to work onsite
