Are you an experienced BPO professional with a passion for training, coaching, and developing people?

Join our team as a Trainer and help shape the next generation of BPO talent!

Position: Trainer
Account: H&R Block – Seasonal Account
Contract: Until End of April 2027
Basic Salary: ₱25,500 – ₱40,000
Performance Bonus: Up to ₱2,500
Location: Sucat – Onsite
Schedule: Shifting

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of BPO experience
6 months–1 year of Training experience in the BPO industry
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, or curriculum design
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Able to adapt training to different learning styles and learning paces
Experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is a plus
Familiarity with LMS and other training tools
