Are you an experienced BPO Supervisor with a background in Travel and Hospitality? Join a fast-paced customer service team and take the lead in improving performance, supporting employees, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Position: Operations Supervisor
Industry: Travel and Hospitality
Work Location: Onsite, MOA
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Salary Package: Up to ₱40,000
Open Positions: 15
Start Date: August 24
Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
Provide coaching, training and regular performance feedback
Monitor team and individual performance results
Identify areas for improvement and create action plans
Support quality assurance and compliance processes
Work with other departments to improve workflows and procedures
Resolve operational concerns and escalate serious issues when necessary
Build a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee retention
Ensure that all client requirements, internal policies and service standards are followed

Qualifications

At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a BPO or contact centre
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of contact centre performance metrics
Experience using contact centre systems, reporting tools and software
Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance processes
Willing to work onsite in MOA and on a shifting schedule
