Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Location: Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite during training; Hybrid after training (3 days onsite per week)
Start Date: November 3

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, including safety case processing and validation using industry-standard safety databases.

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate individual safety cases in accordance with pharmacovigilance procedures and regulatory requirements.
Review, assess, and document adverse event and safety information accurately and within required timelines.
Perform safety case processing using pharmacovigilance databases such as Veeva Safety and Argus.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of safety case data.
Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve case-related queries and ensure timely case completion.
Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

Pharmacy graduates are required; candidates with or without an active professional license may apply.
Nursing graduates will also be considered.
1–2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance/safety case processing is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Safety, Argus, or other pharmacovigilance safety databases is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with safety-related data.
Willingness to work fully onsite during training and transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week) after moving to production.
Must be willing to work in Taguig.
