Develop and implement quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare detailed documentation of testing processes and quality metrics.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in quality analysis.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BPO processes and quality standards.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of the UK/US banking industry.
Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
