Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced SAP QM Business Architect to support business transformation, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate has strong SAP Quality Management (QM) expertise and can translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and translate business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions.
Design and implement quality management and quality control processes.
Collaborate with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Provide expert guidance on SAP QM and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Support business cases, change management, SAP implementation, and transformation initiatives.
Monitor project progress and recommend solutions to business and process challenges.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Strong hands-on experience with SAP QM.
Knowledge of quality management and quality control processes.
Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution design.
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu with a shifting schedule.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
