Senior Front-End / UI Developer – AEM | Hybrid | Makati

Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Night Shift – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to PHP 150,700/month

We're looking for a Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to build and enhance scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing web experiences.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional Front-End/UI Web Development experience or equivalent senior-level capability.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, components, templates, dialogs, content structures, and author/publish workflows.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Experience with Vue.js; React or Angular is a plus.
Experience integrating web applications with REST APIs, backend services, and CMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX implementation, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and debugging.
Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern development workflows.

Preferred AEM Experience

AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service
Adobe Cloud Manager
Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, DAM
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Azure DevOps / JIRA
Enterprise, multi-region, multi-brand, or high-availability web platforms
Production experience with Vue.js

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible, and scalable AEM-based web interfaces.
Build and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality web experiences.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.
Troubleshoot complex AEM, UI, browser compatibility, integration, and performance issues.
Support enhancements, releases, migrations, stabilization, and production activities.
Participate in code reviews and promote AEM, security, and front-end development best practices.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Backend, DevOps, Security, and business teams.

Ideal Candidate

A senior-level AEM Front-End Developer / UI Developer who takes ownership, solves complex technical problems, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and can balance performance, security, maintainability, and user experience.
