Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant – Supervisor to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing general ledger activities, journal entries, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. This role also involves working with large financial datasets, supporting audits, and driving continuous process improvements within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Manage General Ledger activities, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, trial balances, and profit & loss reports to identify trends and variances.
Perform financial analysis and manipulate large datasets for reporting and decision-making.
Prepare invoices and support financial documentation for internal and external audits.
Work with ERP systems such as SAP and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Mandatory).
CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Accruals, and Account Reconciliations.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar accounting software.
Strong experience handling large datasets and financial data manipulation.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting functions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Important Notes

Night Shift role.
