**Job title: Service Delivery Manager
Work Set-up: 100% onsite in Taguig
Work shift: Night shift
Salary range: Up to PHP 100,000
HC: 1


Non-Negotiables:
·• At least 5 to 10 years as a Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role. Minimum of 2 years in Banking/Financial Services Operations in a managerial capacity, with expertise in areas such as front-office advisor support, back-office account management, investment fund record-keeping, portfolio accounting, financial statements, corporate actions, order management, trade support, investment accounting, performance assessment, and reporting. Experience in both Wealth Management and Banking is a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in IT operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills, experience utilizing KPIs for decision-making, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and ability to lead process improvements and cross-departmental collaborations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure, hands-on problem-solving approach, and a strong drive for career growth and continuous learning.
• Should not be a job hopper who only stays for less than a year per company

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Managing the overall performance of the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division, including client satisfaction, quality assurance, and cost management.
• Leading and supervising a team of managers and professionals to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.

• Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and recommending strategies to expand the Wealth Investment and Asset Management services.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the BPO division.
• Overall, as a Senior Manager of Wealth Investment and Asset Management, your role is crucial in driving the growth and success of the BPO division within an organization.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work Experience: At least 5 to 10 years as a Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role.
