Role Overview:
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer / Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop tailored software solutions meeting unique business requirements.

Code, test, and refine various components within systems or applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

Ensure system reliability through performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth.

Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in Site Reliability Engineering – required.

Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering – required.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response.

Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code.

Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.

Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work.
