Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Custom Software Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a leading global technology consulting team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance software solutions while ensuring high system reliability, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement automation, improve infrastructure, and optimize system availability using modern cloud technologies and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions.
Monitor production systems and ensure high availability and performance.
Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Optimize system performance through capacity planning and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software solutions.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
Participate in agile development and deployment activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong understanding of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response.
Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willing to work onsite in Manila/Taguig on a shifting schedule.
