WE’RE HIRING: SOC L2 / SOC TEAM LEAD

Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Shifting

Employment Type: Full-Time

LEAD INCIDENT RESPONSE. STRENGTHEN CYBER DEFENSE.

We’re looking for an experienced SOC L2 / SOC Team Lead to join a dynamic Cybersecurity team.

This role is ideal for cybersecurity professionals with strong hands-on experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, SIEM, Threat Hunting, and Cyber Defense who are ready to take on greater responsibility and help mentor SOC analysts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead investigation and resolution of complex security incidents escalated by L1 analysts.

Perform incident triage, threat validation, and root-cause analysis.

Respond to high-severity security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams.

Conduct threat hunting using IoCs and threat intelligence.

Mentor and guide SOC analysts through coaching and quality reviews.

Collaborate with detection engineering teams to improve alerts and security use cases.

Maintain incident reports, playbooks, documentation, and operational procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5+ years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, or Cyber Defense.

Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising SOC analysts is highly preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with SIEM and security monitoring tools.

Knowledge of:

Threat Detection
Incident Response
Network Security
Malware Analysis
Threat Hunting

Experience analyzing security logs, network traffic, and security events.

Ability to respond effectively to high-priority security incidents.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

CrowdStrike Falcon

Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Google SecOps, or similar SIEM platforms

Python or PowerShell scripting

Security+, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, or similar certifications

AWS, Azure, or GCP security monitoring experience
