Job Title: Spanish Bilingual
Location: Bridgetowne Blvd, Quezon City

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• Only accepting Non-Native/Filipino applicants with 2 years of BPO Spanish language experience.
Other Qualifications:
• Grade 12/Matric/High School graduate in any field
• At least 2+ years of voice experience in bilingual (English & Spanish) customer support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond appropriately to complex situations
• Familiarity with mortgage products, loan terminology, and the home buying process is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills with empathy in handling challenging customer situations
• High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Job Description:
• Engage with bilingual (English and Spanish) customers via voice channels to address inquiries about mortgage products, services, and account information
• Provide accurate details on mortgage options, interest rates, loan terms, and other relevant information to help customers make informed decisions
• Assist customers with navigating online platforms, setting up accounts, processing payments, and submitting documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate cases as needed
• Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies and industry regulations during all interactions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional mortgage products and services based on customer needs
• Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide the best customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices to improve overall customer satisfaction
