Description
- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and share feedback.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Open for a Bachelor's degree or 2 years in College without any back subjects
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
- Required BPO experience of at least a year
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Headcount: 6
- Work Shift: Night shift
- Work set up: On-site in BGC Taguig
- Salary: 50K-65K
