Job Description
We are hiring a SQL Technical Support – Voice professional to provide technical support for SQL-related issues and digital advertising solutions. The role involves troubleshooting customer concerns, analyzing SQL queries, supporting SaaS applications, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely issue resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support for SQL-related issues via voice.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns related to databases, SaaS applications, and digital advertising.
Analyze customer-reported issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and case resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required.
Assist with basic API-related troubleshooting and technical support.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SLAs, and process guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting productivity and performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience.
At least 2 years of SQL experience with a SaaS or technical support background.
Minimum 1 year of Digital Advertising experience.
Basic knowledge of APIs and database concepts.
IT-related educational background or Technical Support experience is preferred.
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience.
Strong SQL knowledge with basic API understanding.
Experience supporting digital advertising platforms.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ready for immediate processing.

Work Location: Vertis North, Quezon City (Onsite)
Shifting schedule is mandatory.
