Gratitude Inc. is currently looking for additional member for CV Reviewers. This is for our internal hiring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any 4- year degree
- With at least 1 year experience in external Recruitment from a Recruitment Firm or BPO Industry
- Preferably with experience in client handling
- With supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Average communication skills
- A team player and can work with minimum supervision
- Amenable to work from home
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
- Screen candidates by conducting phone interview, reviewing resumes
- Ensure all candidate endorsed has a good resume, complete details needed and as per client’s preference
- Close coordination with clients and Manager in sending endorsements
- Handles company clients from different BPO companies
- Set personal endorsement goals
- Meet and exceed the target of selected and endorsed resumes to clients per month
- There should be no pending CVs left unreviewed
- Continuous follow up with client is necessary
- Make sure questionnaires are created for all active cards

Compensation Package:
- Salary range is from 25,000 to 30,000 plus incentives
