Job Title: Sr. HR Manager (Assistant Director)
Location: Eastwood City, Libis
Salary: Php 150,000–180,000 package
Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR Shared Services (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits)
Drive a high-performance, customer-centric team culture
Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members
Oversee HR service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance
Optimize HR operations to improve efficiency and service quality
Handle escalations and resolve complex HR issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and company policies
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams
Report HR performance and insights to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
10–15 years HRBP experience at Manager level
5+ years HR leadership in BPO/shared services
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Stable employment history (no recent job hopping)
