Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Work Shift: Rotational Shift Location: Cebu City Start Date: ASAP Headcount: 1
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist end-users in the assigned tower by resolving requests documented through tickets in the service portal.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for remote domain teams.
- Participate in incident calls during account outages or major incidents.
- Conduct regular IT asset inventory verification.
- Respond to and update email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the business.
- Ensure compliance of IT assets with the organization’s standard security postures and policies.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local/on-site IT Support
- Average to good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Stable employment history (no frequent job hopping)
- Must not be a former employee of similar restricted organizations
