Salary: PHP 18,000 to 20,000 Package plus PHP 7,000 Sign-in Bonus

Work Setup: Full-Time Onsite, Virtual Interview Available

Responsibilities:

Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Provide excellent customer service to US healthcare members

Assist customers with account-related concerns and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and company policies

Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

Qualifications:

At least High School or Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate

With or without BPO experience - fresh grads and career shifters welcome

Good to excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedule

Can start ASAP
