We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect specializing in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management to design, implement, and support enterprise device management solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365, who are passionate about modern workplace technologies and cloud-native endpoint management.

You will play a key role in designing scalable endpoint management architectures, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and delivering secure, efficient, and automated device lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune Architecture & Endpoint Management

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise Microsoft Intune environments.
Develop scalable endpoint management architectures for modern workplace environments.
Design Microsoft Intune tenant structures, naming conventions, security groups, and administrative hierarchies.
Configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security baselines.
Manage enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions.

Cloud-Native Device Management

Lead the transition from traditional on-premises imaging to cloud-native endpoint management.
Design and implement Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning solutions.
Standardize endpoint deployment processes across enterprise environments.
Develop procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)

Design and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) environments.
Perform:
- Site planning
- Distribution point strategy
- Discovery and inventory configuration
- Gap analysis
- Migration planning
- Environment consolidation
- Task sequence design
Support hybrid management scenarios involving Intune and MECM.

Application Support & Solution Architecture

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management technologies.
Troubleshoot complex application and endpoint management issues.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management or application support
Proven experience designing enterprise Microsoft Intune solutions
Experience leading cloud migration and endpoint modernization initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

The following are highly desirable:

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Experience with PowerShell automation
Experience with enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and identity management
