Firstsource Taguig is hiring Telco Customer Service Representatives. Earn up to PHP 25,000 package with 100% virtual hiring process. No Telco experience required - TSR background is an advantage. Apply from home.

Role: Telco CSR / Customer Service Representative

Account: Telco Account

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle telco-related customer inquiries and concerns professionally

- Provide excellent customer service and technical support

- Assist customers with account and service-related issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

- Meet performance and quality metrics consistently

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Telco / TSR experience is an advantage but not required

- Good English communication skills required

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
