*About The Role:*
Join Teleperformance Makati for our stable Telco Voice Account. We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives with as low as 3 months of BPO experience, perfect for BPO beginners looking to grow their career with the world's largest BPO.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telco products and services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet quality and performance targets
*Qualifications:*
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 3 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice accepted)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
