Job Description:

EXL Service Iloilo is urgently hiring for our Retail Voice Account. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service support for a retail account.

Qualifications:

- Completed at least 2 years in college (College Undergraduate). High School and Senior High School graduates are not qualified for this account.

- Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience is required

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Willing to work on-site in EXL Iloilo

- Can start ASAP
