Job Title: Training Assistant Manager - Sales
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: EDSA
Shift: Shifting schedule
We are seeking an experienced Training Assistant Manager – Sales to support the design, delivery, and management of sales training programs within a structured, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strong training professional with hands-on sales experience and a background in leading training initiatives within a BPO or corporate setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver sales-focused training programs and curricula
- Support sales teams through effective learning and development initiatives
- Lead and manage trainers or facilitators to ensure training quality and consistency
- Coordinate multiple training projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals
- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in a structured or corporate sales environment
- Strong background in curriculum development and training deliver
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Assistant Training Manager in a BPO setup
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
