Job Title: Training Assistant Manager - Sales

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: EDSA

Shift: Shifting schedule

We are seeking an experienced Training Assistant Manager – Sales to support the design, delivery, and management of sales training programs within a structured, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strong training professional with hands-on sales experience and a background in leading training initiatives within a BPO or corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver sales-focused training programs and curricula

Support sales teams through effective learning and development initiatives

Lead and manage trainers or facilitators to ensure training quality and consistency

Coordinate multiple training projects and cross-functional initiatives

Partner with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals

Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development

Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in a structured or corporate sales environment

Strong background in curriculum development and training deliver

Demonstrated leadership and people management experience

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Assistant Training Manager in a BPO setup

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
