Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions for a global workforce. This role requires expertise in instructional design, e-learning development, and multimedia content creation, with the ability to independently manage the complete content development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
The Training Content Designer will work closely with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs, design effective training programs, create storyboards, and develop high-quality digital learning content using industry-leading authoring tools. The role also involves creating interactive e-learning modules, training videos, assessments, and instructor-led training materials while ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and employee learning requirements to identify training needs.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
Design instructional strategies and create detailed storyboards for e-learning courses.
Develop end-to-end training content, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, presentations, and other digital learning materials.
Create complex, interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
Design responsive and engaging courses using Articulate Rise.
Produce multimedia learning content using graphic design, video editing, and animation tools.
Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learner performance.
Provide guidance and support to trainers during the rollout of new training programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics.
Continuously update and improve training materials based on business changes and learner feedback.
Ensure all learning content meets quality standards, instructional design principles, branding guidelines, and project timelines.
Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Training Content Development, Instructional Design, or E-learning Development.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to create complex interactive learning modules.
Strong hands-on experience using Articulate Rise.
Experience creating instructional storyboards and managing end-to-end content development.
Proven experience developing e-learning courses and training videos independently.
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of Synthesia or other AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
