Job Description
WNS Company are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Travel Associates. The role involves handling travel-related inquiries, assisting customers with reservations and bookings, providing excellent customer service, and promoting travel products and services. Candidates with experience in GDS/Sabre systems or sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
Utilize GDS platforms, particularly Sabre, for ticketing and reservations when required.
Provide accurate travel information and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve company performance and sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
At least a High School Graduate.
Candidates must have either:
At least 1 year GDS Sabre experience, or
At least 1 year Sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
