Job title: Team Leader - UK Financial Collections
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 30% hike from last drawn salary + 2400 allowance depending on experience
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years work experience collection operations and Team Handling Exposure to UK/US/AU Banking / Collections
• Sound Knowledge about banking domain and understanding of the process and bucket flows
• Experience in collections team management and familiar with the data and reports pertaining to collections
• Understanding of banking terminologies, guidelines and laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills

Final Interview: MS Teams
Pre-screening Notes:
• How many years of relevant experience you have with anking operations and Team Handling UK/US?
• Do you have Experience as a Team Lead experience under a financial (banking) account, with focus on mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related areas.
• How much is your last drawn salary?
• How much is your salary expectation?
• Are you amenable to work onsite in QC with a Shifting schedules?
• When are you available to start once hired?
