URGENT HIRING – CLINICAL TRAINING SPECIALIST

Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: US Day Shift

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

Target Start: On or Before December 15

QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS Nursing graduate.

- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.

- Active, unrestricted USRN license (NCLEX passed).

- At least 3 years of clinical experience.

- 1–2 years of clinical training, education, or facilitation experience.

- Strong knowledge of US Managed Care, UM/UR, Case Management, and HIPAA/PHI compliance.

- Healthcare BPO training experience.

- Experience supporting UR/UM operations.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.

- Currently working as a Clinical Trainer or Apprentice Trainer is an advantage.
