Training Content Designer – Uber

Location: EDSA Greenfield

Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with strong instructional design and e-learning development experience to create engaging, high-quality training content for the workforce. The role will involve developing training curriculum, e-learning modules, videos, storyboards, and other learning materials from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and work with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop relevant training content.
Design and develop training curriculum and learning materials for general and functional/technical audiences.
Create storyboards and manage the complete content development lifecycle.
Independently develop e-learning modules and training videos from start to finish.
Develop complex and interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline.
Create high-quality learning content using Articulate Rise.
Provide guidance and support to trainers during the introduction of new training programs.
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training activities.
Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
Create computer-based and digital learning programs as required.
Support content development through graphic design, video editing, and multimedia tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.
Ensure learning deliverables meet required timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Requirements

1–2+ years of relevant experience in Training Content Design, Instructional Design, E-learning Development, or a related field.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including the ability to independently handle complex builds.
Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise.
Strong experience in storyboard creation and end-to-end content development.
Ability to independently create e-learning modules and training videos.
Strong knowledge of e-learning development and instructional design principles.
Graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar applications.
Strong content writing skills.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant training/e-learning work is mandatory.
Experience with Synthesia or similar AI-based content creation tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining quality and timelines.
