Accounts: AUS- HRSS and AUS-Recruiter

Work set-up: Onsite at BGC Taguig

Work schedule: Night shift and Shifting

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with both TOR and Diploma on hand

• At least 2nd year in College is acceptable, without any back subjects

• At least 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment best practices in advanced recruitment in high volume for industrial and admin clerical verticals.

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sourcing through social media channels, hands-on experience in ATS

• Fluency in advanced English (Read/Write and Communicate), ability to communicate fluently with US nationals.

• Must not be currently or formerly employed with TCS and have no active application with them to avoid duplications

• Should be amenable to start immediately and can work onsite in Taguig
