USRN Clinical Analyst

Salary Package: Up to ₱61,000/month

₱50,000 Basic Pay
₱1,000 Account Premium
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance

Target Start Dates:

September 7 – 34 headcounts
September 21 – 34 headcounts

Qualifications

Must have an active Philippine RN (PHRN) and USRN license (any US state), valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
At least 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. Experience must not be obtained through training or internship.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and relevant software.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
Must currently reside within 25 km of the Quezon City site.
Must be WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
Must not be a former or current employee of the client.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and conduct initial assessments to determine the most appropriate type of care.
Accurately and promptly document patient interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
Follow relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain high standards of patient care.
Continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
Contribute to the success of the nursing team and the organization.
