1. Review patients’ medical histories and conduct initial assessments to help determine appropriate care requirements.

2. Document patient interactions, clinical information, and assessment findings accurately and promptly.

3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support care coordination and positive patient outcomes.

4. Follow healthcare policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Maintain current nursing knowledge and contribute to team performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or the applicable nursing qualification required for licensure.

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.

• Both licenses must meet the client's validity requirements at the time of application.

• At least 1 year of qualifying bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse, excluding training and internship, or 2 years of qualifying experience, depending on the hiring requirement.

• Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employment.
