Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced USRN Clinical Analysts with active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) and US Registered Nurse (USRN) licenses to join our growing healthcare team.

The role involves reviewing patient medical histories, conducting initial clinical assessments, evaluating healthcare information, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient care and clinical decision-making.

This is a Work-from-Home opportunity for candidates residing within Metro Manila, with mandatory onsite recruitment processing and assessment in Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze detailed patient medical histories and clinical information.

• Perform initial clinical assessments to help determine the most appropriate level and type of patient care.

• Review patient records and document clinical interactions accurately and within established timelines.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other clinical teams to support quality patient outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, clinical guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.

• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment when reviewing patient information.

• Continuously update clinical knowledge and nursing skills to maintain high standards of healthcare service.

• Contribute to the overall effectiveness and performance of the clinical operations team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.

• Both licenses must remain valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

• Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse (excluding internship and training experience).

• Candidates with 2 years of relevant bedside/hospital or clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.

• Must currently reside within Metro Manila and within a 25 km radius of the Quezon City site.

• Must be Work-from-Home ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must be willing to attend onsite recruitment processing and assessment in Quezon City.

• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
