We are looking for an US Registered Nurse Team Leader to oversee a non-voice Utilization Management operation supporting the El Paso & Hartford accounts.

This is a specialized opportunity for USRNs who already understand Utilization Management/BPO-CPO operations and have experience leading people.

NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Active USRN — any mainland US license

2–3 years BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

At least 1 year people-management / relevant leadership experience

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Willing to work temporarily from home
