*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email

- Communicate professionally in both Vietnamese and English

- Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries

- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams

- Meet quality targets and ensure high customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- Native or fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written) - Required

- Good conversational English skills

- No BPO experience required - Fresh graduates welcome!

- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines - Foreign nationals with valid TRV / Work Visa / ACR accepted

- Willing to work Hybrid / Onsite setup with shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
