Role: Healthcare Voice Support - Iloilo Onsite

Location: Iloilo City - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule including Weekends and Holidays

Your Role:

Handle inbound healthcare inquiries with empathy and professionalism via voice

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns on first contact

Accurately document all interactions and maintain updated customer records

Achieve quality scores, KPIs, and performance targets consistently

Adapt to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Who were looking for:

College Grad with at least 6 months work experience OR

Undergraduate: Completed 2nd year / 72 units with at least 1 year BPO experience

Passionate about customer service with a strong service mindset

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical thinker with good problem-solving ability

Proficient in MS Office applications and internet navigation

Flexible, reliable, and willing to work onsite in Iloilo on shifting schedule
