* Requirements: Strong CEFR C2 communication + 2+ years handling complex/escalated issues. (Fintech, Banking, Fraud, or CRM experience is a huge plus!)

TSR – Travel & Hospitality Account (Hybrid: Voice, Chat & Email)

* Salary: ₱30,000 / month

* Openings: 10–15 Headcount

* Requirements: 1+ year customer support experience, technical aptitude (ability to read technical codes), and comfort with AI workflows. (SaaS/Tech background preferred!)

B2B Pioneer Campaign (Hybrid: Voice, Chat & Email)

* Salary: Up to ₱22,000 / month

* Openings: 150 Headcount | Start Date: Sept 30

* Requirements: Prior B2B campaign experience.
