Location: Paranaque, Philippines (Hybrid – 3x onsite per week)

Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Work Setup: Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Experience Required: 4 to 7 years

About the Role

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for system integration? Do you thrive on designing interfaces that connect complex SAP environments with external client systems?

We are looking for a CIS Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our internal systems and client systems—analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing seamless integrations that ensure smooth data flow and business process alignment.

If you have strong expertise in SAP SD, MM, and EWM, coupled with deep knowledge of interface formats (XML, IDOC, EDIFACT) and file transfer protocols (SFTP, API, CPI, AS2) , we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand integration requirements and business processes

Analyze existing systems and data structures to identify integration points and challenges

Document detailed functional and technical specifications, including Process and IT Mapping documentation

Interface Design

Design scalable, performant, and maintainable interface solutions

Perform data mapping between source and target systems using SAP standard tables, BAPI tables/fields, or other relevant data sources

Testing & Quality Assurance

Create comprehensive test scripts for Baseline Testing, Functional Testing, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Execute test cases, analyze results, and identify defects

Facilitate testing with clients and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

Support regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact

Deployment & Post-Implementation Support

Assist in deploying interfaces to production environments

Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis

Monitor interface performance and proactively identify areas for improvement

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant SAP Functional/Interface experience

Language: Business-fluent English
